Next Day Delivery (UK):
Order before 9 PM and we'll get it to you the next business day, free of charge. Orders placed after 9 PM are processed the next business day.
Delivery Costs:
Next day delivery is free on all UK orders. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Delivery Times:
UK orders arrive within 1-2 business days. International delivery times vary by location - see checkout for an estimate.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey

How It Works
To qualify, you must:
- Be a first-time MUTO subscriber.
- Take MUTO daily for 30 consecutive days as directed.
- Provide a full export of your wearable data covering the 30-day period (e.g. WHOOP, Oura, Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit or similar).
- Submit your claim within 30 days of completing the 30-day period.
Our team will review your wearable data and overall progress to determine whether meaningful improvements in key health and recovery metrics have been achieved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
How to Make a Claim
Email hello@mutolongevity.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Wearable data export covering the 30-day period
- A brief summary of your experience using MUTO
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.
What's Not Covered
- Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
- One guarantee claim per customer.
- MUTO purchased through third-party retailers is not covered by this guarantee - please contact the relevant retailer directly.
