Just over a week into Muto and i'm already feeling more energised and have seen an increase in my mood. I've been waiting for the launch of these for a while and after the first week, it's clear it was worth the wait! Excited to see the long term benefits!

I’m a couple weeks into my Muto journey and already feel the benefits. I feel like I have more energy and a clearer mind. Over the past couple weeks I’ve felt more motivated and focused. It’s helping massively towards achieving work and fitness goals.

I’ve been using Muto for just over a month now and I’m honestly really impressed. I track all my data with a Whoop band, so I’ve got some solid numbers to back up how I’m feeling.

In the first 4 weeks:
My HRV went up by 32%, my resting heart rate dropped by 7% and my average recovery score improved by 26%

Considering I’ve already got my training, nutrition, and sleep pretty dialled in, seeing these kinds of improvements is actually pretty wild. Muto has definitely given my recovery that extra push and I’ve got considerably more energy throughout the day.

Also, Richie from the team gave me a call just to chat about my background and goals, which was a really nice personal touch you don’t see much these days.

Overall, it’s been a great experience so far and I’m excited to see how things keep progressing.

Has definitely helped my sleep and reduced my sugar cravings in the evening massively.

I was very sceptical about the claims made by Muto but decided to give it a go. I have been taking it for a month now and have seen slight raise in HRV . Resting heart rate has dropped from 65 to 55bpm and is consistently 55. Overall I believe this product does work and am gonna give it another month to see what it does. I would defo say give it a go .
