Just over a week into Muto and i'm already feeling more energised and have seen an increase in my mood. I've been waiting for the launch of these for a while and after the first week, it's clear it was worth the wait! Excited to see the long term benefits!

I was very sceptical about the claims made by Muto but decided to give it a go. I have been taking it for a month now and have seen slight raise in HRV . Resting heart rate has dropped from 65 to 55bpm and is consistently 55. Overall I believe this product does work and am gonna give it another month to see what it does. I would defo say give it a go .
