Has definitely helped my sleep and reduced my sugar cravings in the evening massively.
I was very sceptical about the claims made by Muto but decided to give it a go. I have been taking it for a month now and have seen slight raise in HRV . Resting heart rate has dropped from 65 to 55bpm and is consistently 55. Overall I believe this product does work and am gonna give it another month to see what it does. I would defo say give it a go .
